The Patient (with me) and Persistent Landscaper

Larry is an amazing man. Our yard has been transformed this summer after being neglected for the past two summers due to our being away. Here are photos of what he has accomplished so far this summer. We were blessed to be aided by many of our grandchildren and their parents in July. They placed lovely new brown bark over the old gray stuff and started the renewal of the stairway shown here. Last October they also kick- started the flagstone patio in the back which is nearing completion by Larry as this is written. The A M (amazing man) has also cleared all the undergrowth from the Gamble Oak at the front of the house. He completed the retaining wall in the backyard, which is made with Versa Lock 80 lb. blocks, and installed the shade canopy over the patio last weekend, and has extended the garage pad retaining wall around to the south side of the garage, (see top photo). And the man had open heart surgery in February! We've also enjoyed a vegetable garden with a trellis he made for the pole beans. Thank you dear L.
